Amigo Day & Teacher Appreciation

Lexi's school had a Mexican Fiesta known as Amigo Day.  It took a lot of work on the part of some dedicated parents, and the event was a blast for all of the kids.  

 It also happened to fall during teacher appreciation week.  The theme this year was Dr. Seuss.  Here's the Lexi-fish on her classroom door.

 Lexi's teacher is so wonderful and we will miss her next year, but I'm sure Lexi's second grade teacher will be just as fabulous.
